Hooray for you and your guys. It's so much more pleasant when the dogs are well behaved, isn't it.

I'm relieved for you that Cassie's condition is manageable. Also, the progress report on Dillon's ACL healing is great news.

Oh, well, -5C is pretty bad for the west coast! I would not want to be outside for too long in that temperature unless I was properly suited up. I've been outside in -30 C out east and I *cannot* fathom running an agility course in that. This make

I'm so glad to hear a positive outcome! Even if it's not 100% wonderful news, at least you have answers and a treatment plan for Cassie. Sending her and you my best wishes!

Pofia - That does sound quite strange to celebrate that Cassie is not "as" sick as we thought It's just not as bad as we thought it may be. It's a relief to know that she did not have to be put down today. That's what we were preparing

Oh good, I just checked in to see if there was news of Cassie! I'm glad it is something that can be worked around and treated. Is it due to her age, or did he say what caused it?

So weird to celebrate when the news is certainly not an "all's clear and well," but this surely is a far less dreadful diagnosis than we feared! Go, Cassie! I hope the homeopathic remedy brings some relief and that Pickle's leg continues

Thanks to all the good ODO wishes Cassie is in good health. What is wrong with her is she is suffering from a semi paralyzed esophagus flaps. When she goes from one extreme temperature to another it will keep the flaps from moving properly and the e

Thanks SherriA, Mordanna. I would say yes, Troilus is throwing up quite awhile after eating. Interestingly enough, he has food always available so I would think if he was so empty as to throw up a couple times a day, he'd just go to the bowl and eat

Sherri's suggestion aside, I would switch to a better quality food. In my opinion and experience, NB isn't exactly a trustworthy company and the food is loaded with unnecessary carbohydrates.

Lizzie, its about -5C. I used to think that was no big deal, but its +2C here right now and I'm not looking forward to taking the boys for a walk in the cold. Its all relative, I guess. I've gotten used to milder temps!

Is he throwing up quite awhile after he's eaten his last meal? My first thought when I see frothy, yellow/bile looking vomit is that its an empty tummy. Maybe try splitting his food into an extra meal to see if that helps? Or try giving him a smal
