I went through this when Sammy first came to us. You already know that you need to get any and all urine scent out of the hosue, the crates etc You can also try feed his his meals in his crate. Dogs are less likely to want to toilet where they eat. Is he crated in your room so that you can hear when he first wakes up in the morning and run him out quickly?

What cleaner is good for that? She does eat in her crate.. that dosent seem to help her. And shes in my room, but I never hear her wake. She dosent even cry before going potty in her crate.. she seems fine with it, then will stand there and cry about it..

I think I mentioned it before, but these days with my brain, who knows!!!! Get her out of the crate, and contain her another way. She has learned to relieve herself in her crate. You need to un-do that learned habit. Put her in small room, and take her out often. I have been down this road...
That said, I have one dog who would pee in her crate, but just HATED the crate. She is loose when I am gone, and all is fine.

Do u think maybe getting an exercise pen and putting her in that would work? Now I'm regretting getting rid of all those big cage pieces (duke tore up some of them.. but others were usable). I was thinking (because of what Sammy said about needing to totally get rid of the scent) that maybe the cleaner I'm using dosent clean the crate well enough (yeah.. duhh... why didnt I think of that before). Should I put her crate in the pen or totally not have the crate around for awhile? It'd be nice if we could just get her to a point where we only need a crate when we're staying overnight somewhere else and not need it at all at home.. but shes still a puppy (well.. kinda, shes 1) .. so its not likely that that'll happen anytime soon.. Thanks for all your help

Well once the habit is there, the cleaner won't matter. She's going in the crate for convenience at this point, not because it smells like pee. Changing the crate itself might, since it is a different environment altogether.
Have you tried giving her different bedding? Something that doesn't feel at all like what she was sleeping on before?

Its not very comfy sleeping on a cage pan! You can put in an old dog bed, old blanket, towels, sheets, old clothes, anything soft. Maybe go to a thrift store or a flea market and buy a cheap ugly blanket. now i couldn't tell you if putting in a blankie would deter her from peeing on it because she seems so set on it. But she would remain slightly cleaner because the blankie/towel/bed would soak in the urine and it won't be soaked into her fur. It might still get on her fur but not as much. At the grooming shop we never put bathed dogs into cages without blankets - if they pee at least some of it will get absorbed and less will get on the dog.
